These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Granny Pearl's Home Savings Manual (the "Book") from frugalpennywisdom.com, operated by BGM Media, LLC. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.
A digital book delivered as a downloadable PDF — there is no physical product. You are buying a license to use the Book, not ownership of it or its contents.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, print, and use the Book within your own household. Your copy is yours to keep, along with any updates we release.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, post publicly, or share the Book or its files with anyone outside your household, in whole or in part. The individual methods come from public-domain sources, but our selection, arrangement, writing, and presentation are protected by copyright.
Access is delivered immediately after payment: the download appears on the confirmation page and a copy is sent to your email. If a download ever fails or a file is corrupted, email us and we'll get you a working copy.
Because the Book is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase you request immediate access and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content) ends once delivery has begun. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If your file is faulty, contact us for a working copy.
We may release updated editions and, where practical, current customers receive them at no extra charge. We may improve or revise the Book over time.
The Book is provided "as is" and "as available," for general education only, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Book is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
